Well, that has certainly happened before. You would just have to quickly get some blue things and pick out a boy's name. Good luck with the ultrasound. Oh, you will will stretch, and yes, you might feel like you are going to burst. I hope you feel well right up until the time for baby to arrive into the world.
I was watching a baby show recently and they repeatedly told this couple that they were having twin boys. They came out twin girls and the parents were completely floored. Had to redo the nursery and take back everything! :-)
You are adorable! I was terrified at my 32 wk ultrasound they'd say, "Whoops, it's actually a boy!" But no such luck. Unfortunately they told me their "guess" (which is often wrong) of her weight and I spent 5 weeks (until my early induction) freaking out that she would be 10 lbs. I think it would have been better not to know because there's nothing you can do about it!
You look fantastic! I was also terrified that in the last months- after getting the nursery all ready in the appropriate colors, that the ultrasound would reveal a different sex. It was the stuff of nightmares. That and having a baby with the head of Tom Selleck. Icky mustache and all.
I was the waiting sort and didn't find out until the moment. It would be a major surprise revelation to find out now that you're having a boy!! You look blissful no matter what!
this is my faso far! Even before reading I saw- ohhh she grew! beautiful belly! I had a dream that when my baby was born she was a boy and 16 lbs! that terrified me! luckily, they got it right and she was a girl and 8 lbs! no worries! I'm sure baby is a girl! :) ohhh and ashley- a tom selleck baby? yaoza!
Just have to say that I love all your pregnancy pics on the white background. You look beautiful as always. Wish I had the chance to see your belly in real life.
